Who We Treat
We help anyone living with addiction get the help they need, where they need it, when they need it the most.

Recovery Begins Here
Restored Life Continuum of Care offers evidence-based treatment for those seeking to overcome addiction. We serve individuals and communities across rural, suburban, and urban areas with facilities in diverse neighborhoods.
Your zip code should not limit access to care; we provide the same high-quality treatment to everyone. We welcome you with dignity, engage with empathy, and help you rediscover life on your terms.

We wholeheartedly embrace you and aim to guide you toward liberation from addiction.
Research indicates that the most effective approach to addressing opioid use disorder involves a combination of Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), therapy or counseling, and community support. We provide a comprehensive suite of MAT options—including methadone, Suboxone®, and Vivitrol®—which encompasses group therapy, individual counseling, and community organizations such as NA.
There’s a gap between the number of people diagnosed with an alcohol use disorder – around 15 million – and the number of people receiving treatment for their alcohol use disorder – only around 1 million people. Our goal is to reduce this treatment gap one person at a time, one family at a time, one community at a time. We create customized treatment plans that leverage strengths, strengthen challenge areas, and help patients find the road to sustainable, long-term recovery and abstinence.
Illicit drugs include marijuana, heroin, stimulants, amphetamine, methamphetamine, cocaine, hallucinogens, inhalants, sedatives, tranquilizers, and misused psychotherapeutic medications. The latest data from the National Institutes of Health show that close to 7.5 million people in the U.S. live with an illicit drug use disorder, while less than 10 percent receive specialized treatment for their disorder.
At Restored Life, we recognize that mental health disorders like depression and anxiety often co-occur with alcohol and substance use disorders. Many turn to substances as a way to cope with these difficult emotions, a practice known as self-medication. We focus on addressing these challenges by starting with medically monitored detox when necessary. Following a period of sobriety, our clinicians work to identify and treat any underlying mental health conditions, enabling patients to achieve lasting recovery and address the emotional issues that contribute to substance use.
All patients at Restored Life Continuum of Care must:
Continuum of Care
In the first phase of treatment, clients receive 24/7 comprehensive care at the facility. Our team of medical professionals, therapists, and case managers provides structured support throughout the day. Clients participate in 21 hours of therapy each week, and our support staff attends to all daily needs. Many of our staff members are also in recovery, offering empathy and understanding at every step of the journey.
In the second phase, known as PHP, individuals with moderate Substance Use Disorder (SUD) participate in five hours of therapy sessions, five days a week, while maintaining family life and obligations. The program typically lasts 3-4 weeks and involves coordinated care from psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, therapists, and case managers.
As a further step-down in the continuum of care, outpatient treatment involves group therapy sessions for three hours a day, three days a week, conducted by credentialed therapists. This phase allows clients more time for family and potential reintegration into work life.
Our aftercare program is for clients who have completed the Restored Life Recovery program. Alumni receive guidance and support from a dedicated provider and participate in regular group gatherings to discuss issues, share successes, and foster a supportive community beyond formal treatment.
