Restored Life Continuum of Care is in-network with most major insurance providers and many smaller ones. We also work with out-of-network plans. Every insurance plan is different, and not all MBH programs work with the same providers.
To maximize your coverage, we ask for your insurance information upfront. Your provider will determine the care they cover based on your plan and needs, potentially approving all or part of your stay.
